Education:
∎ Bachelor of Commerce (BCom) in Finance, Bachelor of Commerce (BCom) in Accounting, Bachelor of Business Administration (BBA)
∎ Bachelor in Finance & Accounting or Business Administration from any reputable University.
∎ English medium schooling is preferred, or a 7+ score in IELTS

Requirements:

Additional Requirements:
∎ 4-5 years (2+ years as Financial accountant mid level role ).
∎ Excellent in Microsoft word & Excel, and ERP systems.
∎ Knowledge on Google suits.
∎ Must be able and willing to serve from a remote location.
∎ A proactive and positive mindset is a must.
∎ Disciplined and time bounding
∎ Self-driven and proactive
∎ Basic know-how in accounting and reporting software
∎ Experience in working from home.
∎ Prepare reports and share with different software through export-import
∎ Excellent English communication is a must. (All 4 forms – listen, read, write, oral)
∎ Excellent problem-solving skills.
∎ Hold solid ethics and a respectful attitude.
∎ Must have strong analytical skills and self-learning ability.
∎ Incumbent must sign a Non-Discloser Agreement (NDA) to ensure company data and information security.

Responsibilities & Context:
∎ Work from Home facility (weekly 1 day from Dhaka office; rest 4 days from home)
∎ Able to maintain Australian office timing- Morning 4 AM to 12 PM BST, 9 AM to 6 PM AEST (GMT +12)
∎ Responsible for managing internal stakeholder requests related to finance.
∎ Timely delivery of reports.
∎ Follow office discipline, timing, and culture.
∎ Keeping accounts and systems up to date using the software and be able to compile reports for the board pack.
∎ Maintaining and improving the Fixed asset register of large businesses.
∎ Posting journals and reviewing expense accounts.
∎ Record transactions in cash/bank books with proper codes.
∎ Reconcile bank accounts monthly basis.
∎ Financial analysis and monthly reporting.
∎ Reconciling a large number of transactions received
∎ Use various payment gateways.
∎ Assist and support the senior financial accountant and finance manager
∎ Compiling and presenting financial and budget reports.
∎ Ensure that financial statements and records comply with laws and regulations.
∎ Help with annual audit-related queries.
∎ Assist with ad hoc finance project-related activities.
∎ Achieve yearly departmental objectives.

∎ This position has been created to serve our international clients. The candidate will work under the direct supervision of instantwebb’s clients across the globe, maintaining clients’ time zone remotely. Instantwebb will be responsible for the candidates' delivery, quality, data security, salary, and other administrative issues governed by the labor law of Bangladesh.
