Job Responsibilities:
∎ Design package for clients including best deals on travel packages and advise client on prominent destination.
∎ Providing Information and document checklist to client for tourist or business visa all over the world.
∎ Prepared application and document and submitting to embassy or delivery to client for submitting embassy as per embassy rules.
∎ Collecting documents and information as per embassy requirement.
∎ Preparing application (bank draft, online, attestation) handover to client to submit passport office and giving guidelines how to make passport easily.
∎ Coordinating the activities of Ticketing, Visa & Accounts Team in order to build a healthy and profitable relation with buyers and other associates.
∎ Issuing and selling travel tickets, sometimes providing hotel reservation services and other accommodation options for their customers.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Communication Skill.
∎ Experience on MS Office.
∎ Co-operative.
