• Candidates must have good eyesight, analytical ability and team building capacity.

Experience: Candidates with minimum 1 year of experience in communicating with foreign clients and contractors are highly encouraged to apply. Qualified female employees are highly encouraged to apply.

Servopro IT Ltd. is a fast growing mortgage real estate project management outsourcing company serving real estate asset managers in the US. In operation for over three years, we are continuing to expand our team to support the multidimensional needs of our clients.

Job Responsibility:

• Schedule the projects and update the schedule to the client every day.

• Proactively contact clients and vendors to solve any upcoming barriers to on-time project completion.

• Be a true team member and foster a positive environment of collaboration with cross-functional teams.

• Have a good idea of the construction materials market and negotiate with the clients and contractors when necessary.

• Be a quick responder and multitasker, be able to talk and take note, checking photos and suggesting the contractors on call.

• Analyze project photos and respond to the clients and contractors as needed.

Shift: Night Shift (6 pm to 3 am)

Gross Salary: Up to 40,000/=
