• You take responsibility for everything from code to UX to SEO.

We are seeking a full-stack web engineer capable of owning the entire technical lifecycle of our digital ecosystem. You will not only build and deploy high-performance websites but also architect scalable systems, design intuitive UI/UX, optimize SEO, and implement robust analytics and automation pipelines.

If you live in the code, anticipate bottlenecks before they appear, and optimize everything from UX to database queries, this role is for you.

Job Title: Lead Web Development & UI/UX Architect

Key Responsibilities

Full-Stack Architecture & Development

• End-to-end website development using Next.js, React, Vue, Node.js, Python (Django/Flask), PHP/Laravel.

• Front-End: HTML5, CSS3, JavaScript, TypeScript, Tailwind, responsive/mobile-first design, accessibility (WCAG 2.1), and performance optimization (Lighthouse/GTmetrix).

• Back-End: REST/GraphQL APIs, microservices, serverless functions, authentication, role-based access, caching, and data pipelines.

• Database: MySQL/PostgreSQL/MongoDB schema design, indexing, query optimization, replication, sharding, backup, and security.

• Deployment: Cloud-native hosting (AWS, Vercel, DigitalOcean, Netlify), CI/CD pipelines, Docker/Kubernetes orchestration, automated SSL, and zero-downtime deployments.

UI/UX Design & Interaction Engineering

• Convert complex workflows into intuitive user journeys and responsive interfaces.

• Prototyping, wireframing, and high-fidelity mockups using Figma/Adobe XD/Sketch.

• Implement interaction patterns, motion UI, accessibility compliance, and usability testing feedback loops.

• Integrate front-end components with back-end logic ensuring seamless performance.

SEO & Performance Optimization

• Technical SEO: schema.org structured data, canonicalization, hreflang, sitemaps, crawl optimization, and index management.

• On-page SEO: metadata, semantic HTML, and internal linking strategies.

• Site performance: lazy loading, critical CSS, image/video optimization, CDN integration, caching strategies, prefetching, and SSR/SSG optimizations.

• Monitor SEO KPIs using Google Search Console, Lighthouse, and Screaming Frog, and implement fixes for crawl errors, ranking drops, or indexing issues.

Analytics, Monitoring & Automation

• Set up GA4, GTM, server-side tracking, and custom dashboards for traffic, performance, and conversion monitoring.

• Automate repetitive processes: deployment scripts, error logging, reporting, CI/CD workflows, and server health checks.

• Implement A/B testing frameworks and monitor UX/SEO impacts in real-time.

Security & Compliance

• Enforce SSL/TLS, firewalls, secure authentication, encryption at rest and in transit, vulnerability scanning, and penetration testing.

• Implement disaster recovery, automated backups, and high-availability architecture.

• Ensure GDPR, CCPA, and industry-standard best practices compliance.
