Educational Requirements:

Job Context:
∎ JOB PURPOSE: Assist to produce remedial research report and develop a conceptual framework for the remedial learning.
∎ SAFEGUARDING RESPONSIBILITIES:
∎ Ensure the safety of team members from any harm, abuse, neglect, harassment and exploitation to achieve the programme`s goals on safeguarding implementation. Act as a key source of support, guidance and expertise on safeguarding for establishing a safe working environment.
∎ Practice, promote and endorse the issues of safeguarding policy among team members and ensure the implementation of safeguarding standards in every course of action.
∎ Follow the safeguarding reporting procedure in case any reportable incident takes place, encourage others to do so.
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Do Research-Document Review, conduct FGD, situation analysis through observation.
∎ Organize and conduct seminars and workshops with stakeholders.
∎ Communication and collaboration with sector partners, NGO personnel of different levels of the research.
∎ Assess the learners and utilize the result to develop conceptual framework for remedial learning.
∎ Draft the research report.
∎ Develop a conceptual framework for remedial learning.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Good materials development skills blending concept and participatory teaching methods in primary and secondary levels.
∎ Good oral and writing skills both Bangla and English.
∎ Analytical and problem solving skills.
∎ Computer skills: MS-Word, MS-excel, PowerPoint etc.
∎ Sound knowledge on research.
∎ Sound knowledge of education system of Bangladesh and Myanmar and good understanding of Rohingya context.
∎ Effective decision making skills for any type of concern.
∎ Capacity to lead the science team for development of teaching and learning materials.
∎ Minimum 4 years' of experience in development sector, working in education or research is preferred
