- Skills Required: Fluent English proficiency is essential. Previous experience in telemarketing and customer care service is an asset.
- Note: Fluency in English is a prerequisite for application. Applicants must be available to work night shifts. Candidates should be willing to work at our office location. Freshers are highly encouraged to apply. Strong phone and verbal communication skills including active listening in English.
Responsibilities & Context:
- Manage large amounts of inbound and outbound calls promptly.
- Follow communication “Scripts” when handling different topics.
- Keep records of all conversations in our call center database in a comprehensible way.
- Update and submit daily work reports.
- Communicate respectfully and quantitative targets.
