• Prior experience in a BPO or outsourcing environment.
• Experience with MLOps practices for deploying and managing ML models in production.
• Contributions to open-source projects or a strong portfolio of personal AI projects.

Qualifications

• 2-4+ years of professional experience in developing and deploying AI/Machine Learning solutions.
• Proficiency in programming languages such as Python (essential) and familiarity with others like R or Java.
• Strong understanding and practical experience with machine learning frameworks and libraries (e.g., TensorFlow, PyTorch, Keras, scikit-learn).
• Experience with data preprocessing techniques and tools (e.g., Pandas, NumPy).
• Familiarity with cloud platforms (e.g., AWS, Azure, Google Cloud) for scalable and efficient deployment of machine learning models.
• Knowledge of statistical and mathematical concepts, including probability theory, distributions, and hypothesis testing.
• Experience with natural language processing (NLP) and/or computer vision techniques is a plus.
• Familiarity with software development life cycle (SDLC) processes.
• Excellent problem-solving, analytical, and critical thinking skills.
• Strong communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to explain complex technical concepts to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.

Job Summary:

We are seeking a talented and motivated AI Engineer to join our growing technology team. As an AI Engineer at SEBPO, you will be a key contributor to designing, developing, and implementing cutting-edge Artificial Intelligence (AI) solutions that enhance business processes, drive innovation, and deliver exceptional value to our clients. You will leverage machine learning models and deep learning frameworks to solve complex problems, improve operational efficiency, and support data-driven decision-making across various industries, including advertising, media, technology, financial services, and deliver actionable insights.

Key Responsibilities:

AI Model Development:

• Design, develop, train, and deploy robust and scalable AI/Machine Learning models and algorithms from scratch, utilizing various techniques such as supervised, unsupervised, and reinforcement learning, as well as deep learning neural networks.

Data Pipeline Management:

• Build and maintain efficient data ingestion and transformation infrastructure to ensure clean, well-organized, and reliable data for AI model training and deployment.

Solution Integration:

• Integrate AI solutions seamlessly into existing systems, applications, and workflows, enhancing functionality, automating repetitive tasks, and improving user experience.

Performance Optimization:

• Continuously monitor, optimize, and troubleshoot deployed AI models and systems for performance, scalability, accuracy, and real-time applications.

Collaboration:

• Work closely with cross-functional teams including data scientists, software engineers, product managers, and business stakeholders to understand requirements, refine datasets, align AI initiatives with business objectives, and ensure successful project delivery.

Prototyping and Testing:

• Create prototypes to test AI applications and refine machine learning techniques, ensuring the quality, accuracy, and reliability of AI models.

Research & Innovation:

• Stay abreast of the latest advancements, trends, and best practices in AI, machine learning, and deep learning technologies, proposing and implementing innovative solutions.

Documentation:

• Document AI project findings, methodologies, and system architectures to ensure clarity and maintainability.
• Ethical AI: Contribute to the development and implementation of fair and responsible AI systems, addressing ethical considerations regarding bias, transparency, and accountability.
