∎ At least 5 year(s)

Production, Project Management
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s):
Agro based firms (incl. Agro Processing/Seed/GM)
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Develop & direct long-term organizational plan for agriculture programs.
∎ Implementing new business opportunities in agriculture.
∎ Analyze existing operations, crops, staff & financial documents for improvement.
∎ Assure of timely & successful implementation of all projects of agriculture.
∎ Maintain & monitor the quality & quantity of yield.
∎ Training farmers on production and application of compost and vermicompost, organic pest control techniques.
∎ Supervising vegetable, fruits, and fish production.
∎ Pest & disease management.
∎ Supervising all farm staff & their activities.
∎ Budgeting, Reporting, Planning & Costing of Production.
∎ Keep financial records up to date.
∎ Plan finances & production to maintain farm progress against budget parameters.
∎ Marketing of producing products.
∎ Responsible for achieving the target production & sales.
∎ Develop & maintain a good relationships with local people.
∎ Responsible for providing service and satisfying the clients as per company policy.
∎ Ensure current government regulations concerning farm activities are complied with.
∎ Follow up on everything & report to higher management for the present situation.

∎ Age at most 35 years
