Responsibilities & Context:
Directly working with buyers on all product developments, costing, order negotiations, and placements.
Supervise, coordinate and lead a merchandising team independently and should have vast knowledge on woven garments.
Work closely with the design teams to involve in bring Innovations and sustainable products to table.
Manage client accounts from order inquiry to shipment, inventory, and supply chain planning.
Co-ordinates with production team to deliver on time shipment and ensure merchandisers are updating order status to buyer.
Design packs/development sample process for relevant seasons/ phases.
Sourcing fabrics/trims and innovation development follow-ups.
Price negotiation and cost finalization with customers.
Capacity allocations and production follow-ups.
Shipment process & customer communications.
Any other responsibilities assigned by the management.
