Educational Requirements:
∎ Graduation in any discipline from a reputed university with good academic track record. Textile background are preferred.

Experience Requirements:
∎ At least 8 year(s)

Job Responsibilities:
∎ The selected candidate will be responsible to manage the overall activities of the Lab and Research & Development related arena of the Textile Plant.
∎ The ideal candidate will lead the Physical & Chemical labs and ensure development of sample Fabrics of different Buyers as per the required colors & other specifications in a cost effective way.
∎ He will also lead the Research & Development team and develop new/innovative sample of Finished Fabrics to attract Buyers for providing future orders.
∎ Key responsibilities of the position includes:
∎ Manage the testing of textile materials and other related materials in accordance with established test methods.
∎ Analyze test data and obtain test reports as per the requirement.
∎ Maintains records, logs, files, and physical inventory of samples, finished products, and raw materials.
∎ Document the dye recipes and processes for each textile order, for future reference.
∎ Train and mentor Lab Officer, Technician & Lab Assistant to become proficient in test performance and provide daily operational supervision and guidance to these associates.
∎ Assures compliance with all safety requirements and operational safety processes within the assigned area.

∎ Only males are allowed to apply
∎ Minimum 8 years of experience in any reputed Knit composite textile plant’s lab and R & D, out of which 2-3 years in required position.
∎ Should have adequate knowledge on textile lab tests, sample development & bringing successful results
∎ The candidate should have proven leadership skills
∎ Should be self-motivated, sincere & result oriented
