Requirements:

Responsibilities & Context:
∎ Direct & supervise team members to achieve the sales target of the company.
∎ Train up subordinate team members on client searching, client visit & product presentation.
∎ Assist to department head for planning & designing of products & promotions.
∎ Visit & find out prospective clients and create new market opportunity.
∎ Arrange project visit for potential customers.
∎ Maintain good relationship with existing clients.
∎ Provide necessary information and services to clients in an efficient way as per policy of the organization.
∎ Establish rapport with the existing employees at different branch/site office.
∎ Prepare monthly sales report & submit it to HOD.
∎ Prepare monthly individual & team productivity ratio analysis and submit to HOD.
∎ Take necessary action to finalize sales deal and collect down payment/EMI as per schedule.
∎ Other assigned task as per management discretion.
