∎ Lean management and Training on QMS will be an advantage.

Job Context:
∎ We are hiring a dynamic candidate who have sound knowledge and practical experience on Woven and Denim products Quality related all responsibility.
∎ At least experience of handling 20 production lines.
∎ The AGM / DGM will also train newly hired quality personnel on company quality policies and how to use quality tools. The position will be under the direct supervision of the factory head.
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Establishing a standard Quality Management System (QMS) as per customer demand & ensure the same.
∎ Monitor & implement production management system audit (PMS) and quality system audit (QMS).
∎ Full responsibility for quality function within the factory through the entire manufacturing process including incoming, in-process, finished goods inspection, and testing.
∎ Production & quality data analysis and remediation. Technical knowledge of raw materials. Effectively interact with the Technical, Development, and Production team.
∎ Handle technical matters thoroughly - CAD pattern approval style & fittings.
∎ Ensure desired quality standards of buyers to shipment the products on time. Ensure AQL as per Buyer/Customer requirements.
∎ Ensure the fabrics & all accessories quality issues with the concerned merchandiser for smooth production.
∎ Dealing the QS inspection and ensuring a high pass rate, and working to meet buyer's quality requirements, system implementation and quality enhancement.
∎ To lead the team of Quality Assurance and ensure accountability to the top management.
∎ To give Quality & Technical guidance, Production Support, Process management and Quality management
∎ Train up to Quality person about QA Standards as per Buyer/Customer/Company requirements.
∎ To identify the root cause and action plans against any kind of quality-related issues.
∎ To make a plan to minimize rejection and communicate with the production department
∎ Develop and improve quality policy, procedures, systems, work instructions, forms and checklists.
∎ Coordinate with buyer representative, production, Merchandising, Finishing, washing & other related departments.
∎ Specifying quality requirements of raw materials with suppliers and investigating and setting standards for quality.
∎ Ensure reduce garments defects and make action plan analyzing the problem and solve the quality issues.
∎ And overall acting as a catalyst for change and improvement in performance/quality.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age at most 40 years
∎ Only males are allowed to apply
∎ At least 15years in any reputed woven bottom factory where at least 3-5 year in the similar role.
∎ Good communication (written/verbal) in English & presentation skills.
∎ Self-driven to work under pressure and self-motivated to take new initiatives.
∎ Ability to prioritize for deadlines.
∎ Energetic, confident, and proactive.
∎ Ability to lead the team and appraise & motivate the team members.
