Educational Requirements:
∎ BSc. in Textile Engineering from reputed universities (Preferred)
∎ Masters in related field from reputed universities
∎ Bachelors degree in related field from reputed universities is a must

Experience Requirements:
∎ At least 15 year(s)

Job Context:
∎ The AGM/DGM (Printing & Embroidery) will continuously evaluate and identify opportunities to increase work related efficiency and effectiveness by taking well operative plan, training, and consultation with individuals and teams to solve operational challenges.
∎ This role will also identify scopes in reducing dyes or chemical consumption at operational level and propose new designs patterns for Printing & Embroidery. Additionally, creating an environment of collaboration and smooth communication across all levels of Printing & Embroidery employee will be a key part of this role.

Job Responsibilities:
∎ Must have working knowledge on printing machines like multi-color digital Oval machine, Circular machine, Hi-speed Sublimation machine, Curing machine, Fusing machine, Auto Expose Machine, Heat Press Machine etc.
∎ Must have thorough knowledge on all kinds of Water and Oil Based printing technology, like Rubber, Pigment, Photo, HD, Flock, Foil, Glitter, Puff, Discharge, Plastisol, Sticker, Silicone Gel, Block etc. for a high-tech print factory.
∎ Oversee complete printing and embroidery operations.
∎ Expertise and drive to handle a sizable factory's production and its employees
∎ Knowledge and expertise on colors and print media, materials source and use in cost savvy way
∎ Good resource management skill, innovative, resilient, ethically integrated
∎ Complete responsible for process improvement, R&D, production (in-house and sub-contract) maintaining on time delivery based on TNA with right quality.
∎ Ensure printing and embroidery sections full machine and table capacity utilization.
∎ Prepare and maintain departmental budget and continuously monitor expenses.
∎ Ensure product safety and record keeping as per standard.

Additional Requirements:
∎ Age at least 35 years
∎ Both males and females are allowed to apply
∎ Good knowledge in using MS Office (Excel, Word, Powerpoint)
∎ Creative ability such as drawing designing capability
∎ Team Player
∎ Leadership ability
