∎ Minimum 05 years’ experience in Recovery & Legal Department.
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s): Group of Companies preferably Agro Products Manufacturing Companies.
∎ The ideal candidate should have commendable track record & wide range of experience in dues recovery.
∎ Experience with legal processes, case management and collaboration with law enforcement agencies.
∎ Experience in company asset management.
∎ Retired Army officers (Major & above), retired Police officers (SP, DIG) are encouraged to apply.
∎ Skills & Expertise: Credit Recovery, Legal Support, Asset Management.

Responsibilities & Context:
∎ The candidate will be responsible for overseeing the overall market and planning for dues recovery using various techniques.
∎ This position will be responsible to identify deviation/gap of credit documents and close liaison with credit control department for necessary action.
∎ He will have to maintain close & effective liaison with different govt. & non govt. authorities including law enforcing agencies & local administrations in relation to company business.
∎ Mitigating the legal issues and the cases filed for dues recovery.
∎ Maintaining company assets and manage related regulatory affairs.
∎ Present monthly updates on portfolio health and recovery to senior management.
