∎ Age 35 to 55 years

Responsibilities & Context:
∎ Supervising all IE-related activities for 100% export-oriented woven garments factory.
∎ Adopt the best industrial engineering practices in every possible area to improve productivity and ensure the optimization of resources.
∎ Responsible for the efficiency, productivity, quality, and technical aspects of the floor from cut to pack.
∎ Analyze statistical data and product specifications to determine standards and establish SOP.
∎ Preparing advanced machine planning, designing folders, and attachments for the upcoming styles.
∎ Studying workers' efficiency and identifying their strengths and weaknesses to enhance their skills.
∎ Formulating production plans based on machine and manpower; studying the machine layout to achieve optimum productivity.
∎ Ensure cost reduction by minimizing all types of wastages.
∎ Ensure safety, quality, and compliance activities in the workplace.
