• At least 18 years

• Bachelor of Science (BSc) in Materials & Metallurgical Engineering

• At least 18 years

• Minimum 18 years of experience in EAF-based Steel production plant, out of which 10 years in the leadership in CCM of steel industry.

• The candidates must have experience in casting experience in steel plants.

• The candidates must have competencies in Auto Mould Level Controller, Breakout Prediction System, and Liquid core Reduction, Online width correction system, Slab, etc.

We are encouraging competent and experienced professionals to apply to the position of AGM/DGM- CCM. This position will be responsible for managing the continuous casting machine process of the Re-Rolling & Steel Plant and will report to the plant head. 

Job Description:

• Oversee the operation, maintenance, and performance of the continuous casting process in a steel production facility to ensure enough resources on hand.

• Ensure optimal production efficiency, maintaining high product quality, and adhering to safety and environmental standards.

• Manage and train a team of operators and technicians, while also ensuring the continuous casting machine operates smoothly

• Plan workers` schedules, estimate costs and prepare budgets to ensure workflow meets required deadlines.

• Supervise the casting process, implement quality control measures, troubleshoot equipment issues, optimize production processes for efficiency, and ensure compliance with all safety and environmental regulations.

• Collaborate with other departments and regularly report on machine performance, production outcomes, and operational improvements.

• Track daily breakdowns, implement preventive maintenance programs to improve the efficiency of the system or the equipment undergoing maintenance.
