Experience Requirements:
∎ At least 5 year(s)
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following area(s):
Real Estate Marketing, Real Estate product, Real Estate Sales
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Create market and achieve monthly, quarterly, half yearly and yearly sales target.
∎ Follow up with clients through phone calls and personal visits on a regular basis.
∎ Prepare proposal/Deed of Agreement for Clients.
∎ Developing marketing plans and strategies.
∎ Planning organic & paid digital marketing pathways & executing the same.
∎ Working with content marketing and design agency to create suitable content.
∎ Land acquisition under joint venture.
∎ Meeting with the Landowners to understand the demands the landowners and finalize the features, share, financial benefits and other terms and conditions.
∎ Collecting required documents from landowner for legal vetting.
∎ Completing the signing of deed of agreement & power of attorney.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 30 to 40 years
Salary: Negotiable
