Responsibilities & Context:
∎ Ø  Applicant should have a minimum of 15 years of experience in a related field.
∎ Ø  Candidate will be responsible for planning, organizing, directing, and controlling utility operations in the company.
∎ Ø  Candidate will be responsible for Facility Management, Maintenance Inspection of MEP equipment and Enterprise Risk Management.
∎ Ø  Responsible for implementing strategic direction to support brand business objectives.
∎ Ø  Ensures accuracy and timelines through high-level communication and coordination.
∎ Ø  All other functionality as well as serviceability at all times.
