Additional Requirements:

- Project Management skill.
- Capable to work in MS Office.
- Ability to meet deadlines.
- Should be energetic, honest and polite in manner with positive personality.
Responsibilities & Context:
Paragon Group is one of the largest business conglomerate in the country is looking for experienced, proactive and honest individuals for its Civil Engineering section.
Responsibilities:
- Planning, design drawing and budgeting for projects.
- Estimate quantities and cost of materials, equipment & labour for a project.
- Manage construction schedule, resolving any delay or conflict to meet up timeline.
- Ensure compliance with building codes, safety rules and other legal requirements.
- Communicate and coordinate the team, contractors and management.
- Monitoring of remaining and unused materials.
- Assess potential risks, materials and costs
- Supervise work progression.
- Prepare various reports.
- Any other assignment given by superiors.
