• Bachelor of Science (BSc) in Civil Engineering

PMP (Project Management Professional) certification is must.

• Proficient in AutoCAD, Ravit or other design programs.
• Excellent portfolio of previous works.
• Project Management skill.

• Ability to meet deadlines.
• Should be energetic, honest and polite in manner with positive personality.

Responsibilities:

• Planning, design drawing and budgeting for projects.
• Estimate quantities and cost of materials, equipment & labour for a project.
• Manage construction schedule, resolving any delay or conflict to meet up timeline.
• Ensure compliance with building codes, safety rules and other legal requirements.
• Communicate and coordinate the team, contractors and management.
• Monitoring of remaining and unused materials.
• Assess potential risks, materials and costs
• Supervise work progression.
• Prepare various reports.
• Any other assignment given by superiors.
