Responsibilities & Context:
A reputed export-oriented Sweater manufacturing group is looking for an experienced professional to lead its Quality Department. The role requires strong technical expertise, leadership skills, and the ability to maintain quality standards in line with buyer requirements.
Oversee and manage overall quality assurance operations
Ensure product quality meets customer specifications
Align quality goals with Production, Technical, Merchandising, and Planning teams
Communicate directly with foreign buyers and their representatives regarding quality issues
Analyze quality-related problems and lead resolution efforts
