• Strong analytical and organizational skills.

• Must be able to communicate effectively with internal departments and buyers.

• Ability to work under pressure and handle multiple orders simultaneously.

• Proficient in planning tools and Excel

A reputed export-oriented sweater manufacturing group is seeking an experienced and detail-oriented professional for its Planning Department. The role is critical in ensuring smooth production flow through effective planning and coordination.

• Prepare and execute effective production plans to meet shipment deadlines

• Analyze order requirements and allocate production capacity accordingly

• Coordinate with Production, Merchandising, and other departments to align planning activities

• Maintain close communication with merchandisers regarding order updates and changes

• Monitor production progress and identify delays or bottlenecks

• Optimize resources to improve production efficiency and minimize lead times

• Prepare planning reports and forecasts for management review
