Job Responsibilities:
∎ Set or review existing quality standards in consultation with the Plant Head as and when required.
∎ Develop implementation plan regarding quality control issues.
∎ Ensure that the raw materials quality are being checked/tested on regular basis and assign tasks to team players accordingly for maintaining quality standards of finished goods.
∎ Analyze collected data and calculations through testing in QC Laboratory section to assess data accuracy.
∎ Supervise online QC operations in the light of set Quality Standards.
∎ Ensure that the quality of finished goods is in line with the set standards.
∎ Address market complaint and nonconformance through root cause analysis and determining corrective actions.
∎ Supervise overall Effluent Treatment Plant (ETP) operations according to environmental compliance standards.
∎ Develop Testing/Inspection procedures in order to remain updated with international Quality Standards.
∎ Provide training and support to the quality control/assurance team on systems, policies, procedures, and core processes.
∎ Preserve annual performance records of immediate subordinates to serve purposes of promotion, salary adjustments and training requirements etc.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Good knowledge of quality assurance, quality control, and quality management system.
∎ Good understanding of ETP Operations procedure.
∎ Professional certification on Quality Standards will be an added value.
∎ Analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.
∎ Computer literacy including database management.
