Educational Requirements:
∎ Minimum Bachelor degree in any discipline. Candidates having Textile Engineering / IE background or Diploma in Quality Assurance will be given preference.

Job Responsibilities:
∎ The selected candidate shall be responsible to ensure quality of knit garments products in every step of production from cutting to packing. He will be specially responsible to deal with H&M Buyer and must have knowledge & experience regarding H&M Buyer's CoC & CoE, QS & QD matters, QS audits, requirements of being a Self-Reliant Supplier & related consequences, Minimum Requirements (MR) issues and all other requirements regards to product Quality. He should be able to find out all types of faults in the garment making process, take immediate corrective actions and should set the quality policy &procedures in such a way that rejections of the garments are minimized. Making effective plan for quality assurance of the Garments Division to ensure that quality of the garments delivered to the buyers are 100% in line with their requirement.
∎ Assuring the Quality of knitted garments from cutting input to finished product.
∎ Getting successful inspection done at various stages of production & ensure timely shipment.
∎ Supervising and guiding quality team to achieve quality targets.
∎ Make sure that the quality personnel are aware of the quality requirement of the particular buyers and train them to maintain the needed quality requirements throughout the production processes.
∎ Plan and handle quality assurance procedure in a way that ensures minimum involvement of time, manpower and other resources while delivering the optimum quality.
∎ Conducts floor audits and manage first article and first piece inspection and report.
∎ First output review against the sample and follow up first output garment measurement report.
∎ If any discrepancies happen, then it needs to be informed to his superior authority immediately for necessary action.
∎ Need to finalize the critical operations and quality points and explain to Quality Inspectors (QI).
∎ Inline inspection findings should be discussed with respective production, IE & QA team to get the corrective actions.
∎ Report any deviation in QA system to his superior authority.
∎ Any other assignment given by the top management.

Additional Requirements:
∎ Must have minimum 03-05 yrs working experience in a reputed Knit Composite Factory as a Quality Manager and worked with H&M Buyer.
∎ Must have knowledge & experience regarding H&M Buyer's CoC, CoE, QS & QD Matters, QS audits, requirements for being a Self-Reliant Suppliers and related consequences, Minimum Requirements (MR) issues and other requirements of H&M Buyer regards to Quality.
∎ Should have minimum 15 yrs of experience in the quality department of Knit Garments Factory.
∎ Should have knowledge and experience regarding Quality Management System (QMS) and 7-QCTools.
∎ Should be able to establish quality parameters in all segments of the department and ensure quality on each manufacturing process of garments i.e. from cutting to packing.
∎ Should have good working knowledge in computer applications and be able to work in an ERP/Software based operation system and generate reports as per requirements. Should have proven leadership skills, proactive, sincere and dynamic & result oriented
