Job Responsibilities:
∎ Regular Basis Review of Non-conforming goods.
∎ Manpower Optimization.
∎ Reducing garments return (%)
∎ Reducing Rejection (%)
∎ Arranging training session monthly basis.
∎ Maintain good collaboration with cutting section to solve any problem combinedly.
∎ Implementation of 5S in production floor.
∎ Online & Off line quality assurance.
∎ Ensuring shade approval.
∎ Analyzing top 3 Defect monthly basis with RCA & CAP.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age at most 45 years
∎ Only males are allowed to apply
∎ Be up to date with latest development in the industry.
∎ Possesses good interpersonal and organizing skill.
∎ Strong communication skills/computer literacy.
