∎ Age 35 to 45 years
Responsibilities & Context:
∎ Production Planning & Execution: Lead daily, weekly, and monthly production planning in coordination with merchandising and planning teams. Ensure efficient utilization of manpower and machinery to meet shipment targets.
∎ Process Management: Implement and oversee standard operating procedures (SOPs) for woven and denim garment production in line with buyers’ requirements, particularly C&A and H&M.
∎ Product Categories: Manage and supervise production of woven and denim shirts and tops with attention to design, wash, finish, and quality specifications.
∎ Team Leadership: Supervise line managers, supervisors, and floor in-charges to drive operational efficiency, reduce wastage, and improve productivity.
∎ Quality Assurance: Ensure robust in-line and end-line quality controls are maintained to meet buyer standards. Work closely with QA and Technical teams to resolve production issues.
∎ Compliance & Audit Readiness: Ensure compliance with social, environmental, and technical standards required by buyers such as C&A and H&M.
∎ Continuous Improvement: Drive lean manufacturing practices and process improvements to increase output and reduce costs.
∎ Reporting: Prepare and present production performance reports, KPIs, and bottleneck analyses to top management.
