Education:
Minimum Diploma/B. Sc in Textile Engineering
Must be dynamic, result oriented, cost conscious and conversant with modern spinning production related quality management system.
Strong organizational skills, including ability to prioritize
Good Leadership
Good MS Office & Emailing skill.

Responsibilities & Context:
1. Develop and implement production schedules and ensure that they are adhered to.
2. Monitor production processes and make adjustments as needed to ensure that production targets are met.
3. Manage production staff, including hiring, training, and performance management.
4. Ensure that quality standards are met and that production processes are consistent with industry best practices.
5. Coordinate with other departments, including logistics, maintenance, and quality control to ensure that the factory operates efficiently.
6. Ensure that the factory complies with all safety and environmental regulations.
7. Develop and implement process improvement initiatives to optimize production efficiency and reduce waste.
8. Prepare production reports and provide regular updates to senior management.
9. Manage inventory levels to ensure that production targets can be met without excessive inventory costs.
10. Any other job assigned by management.
