- Strong leadership and people management skills.
- Excellent knowledge of sewing production processes, layouts, and efficiency improvement.
- Good communication and coordination abilities.
- Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
Responsibilities & Context:
This position is only open to candidates with proven experience in Denim garment production.
Plan, organize, and oversee sewing production to achieve daily, weekly, and monthly targets.
Ensure on-time delivery while maintaining quality standards.
Supervise and motivate line supervisors, QC teams, and sewing operators.
Monitor SMV, efficiency, and productivity.
Coordinate with IE, Cutting, Finishing, and other related departments.
Identify bottlenecks and implement corrective actions.
Ensure compliance with health, safety, and compliance standards.
Maintain discipline, workflow, and effective communication within the team.
Prepare production reports and analysis for management.
