∎ B. Sc. / Diploma in Chemical Engineering from any recognized university/ institution.
Experience Requirements:
∎ 15 to 20 year(s)
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Support Plant Head in preparation of monthly, weekly and shift-wise production schedule
∎ Ensure availability of resources required to meet production targets
∎ Resolve issues related to quality, maintenance, production and yield
∎ Compile production MIS on a regular basis
∎ Start up and stoppage of POY/FDY/DTY machines.
∎ Production changeovers in POY/FDY/DTY machines.
∎ Monitoring of performance of all POY/FDY/DTY products.
∎ Trouble shooting of process problems at POY/FDY/DTY machines.
∎ Quality monitoring of all products of POY/FDY/DTY products on daily basis.
∎ Planning for schedule maintenance of POY/FDY/DTY machines.
∎ Meeting production quantity and quality targets on daily basis.
∎ Regular checks of process control parameters and to take necessary remedial actions.
∎ New product developments.
∎ Create overall quality standard to meet customer requirements.
∎ Resolve issues related to raw material processing and finished goods production
∎ Monitor and correct deviations to technical and process specification on the production floor
∎ Ensure adherence to safety guidelines and indentify potential issues and improvement areas in this respect
∎ Ensure adherence to quality specifications through regular monitoring of quality reports and issue resolution
Additional Requirements:
∎ Minimum 15 to 20 years of experience in reputed Polyester Filament yarns industry.
∎ Hands on experience in Barmag POY/FDY/DTY production machines.
∎ Hands on experience in POY/FDY/DTY installation and commissioning.
∎ Knowledge of CP plant project will be an added advantage.
