Educational Requirements:
∎ B. Sc. / Diploma in Chemical Engineering from any recognized university/ institution.

Experience Requirements:
∎ 10 to 15 year(s)

Job Responsibilities:
∎ Design of process parameters for all spinning auxiliary equipments (Burn out oven, vacuum furnace, alkali bath, hot water bath, acid bath, TEG bath, Ultrasonic bath, bubble test apparatus, water jet, Automatic spinneret inspection system).
∎ Inspection of spinnerets.
∎ Spin pack failure analysis and remedial actions.
∎ Preventive, schedule and predictive replacement of CPF.
∎ Preventive, predictive and schedule replacement of spin packs.
∎ CPF life and spin pack life management.
∎ Life of spinnerets analysis.
∎ Preparation, storage and monitoring consumption Spin finish
∎ Monitoring/managing of spin finish oil stocks, consumables for spinnerets cleaning, spin pack preparation and CPF candles cleaning.
∎ Start up and stoppage of all spinning auxiliary equipments.
∎ Design of process parameters for Paper tube manufacturing for DTY and POY.
∎ Production and quality monitoring of Paper tubes.
∎ Stock management of all spinning auxiliary consumables & Raw material (paper rolls) for paper tube manufacturing.
∎ Production planning of paper tubes.
∎ Trouble shooting in case of any process problems in Paper tubes manufacturing.
∎ Trouble shooting of process problems in Spinning Auxiliary equipments.
∎ Monitoring yarn breaks in POY/FDY to eliminate the contribution of spin packs for high breaks.
∎ Close coordination between productions POY/FDY to maintain consistent quality of POY/FDY products.

Additional Requirements:
∎ Minimum 10 to 15 years of experience in reputed Polyester Filament yarns industry.
∎ Must have hands on experience of startup and shut down of POY/FDY production machines.
∎ Hands on experience in POY/FDY/DTY installation and commissioning.
∎ Knowledge of CP plant project will be an added advantage.
