Educational Requirements:
∎ Bachelor / Masters in any discipline preferably in Supply Chain from any public or private university.
Experience Requirements:
∎ 3 to 5 year(s)
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Prepare export documents.
∎ Forward booking, Prepare shipping & customs documents.
∎ Taking buyer and forwarder approval, Payment adjustment.
∎ Follow-up shipment schedule & invoice payment.
∎ Communicate & co-ordinate effectively with buyer’s commercial team, L/C issuing banks & Marketing team to get the bank acceptance and prompt payment.
∎ Communicate with banks for timely collection of Proceeds Realization Certificate (PRC).
∎ Resolve problems by pursuing with top management of concerned bank and buyers for any payment failure and any irregular issues.
∎ Other related task of Supply Chain department.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Minimum 3 to 5 years of experience in Supply Chain (Export) field.
∎ Must have sound notion and practical knowledge of UCP rules, Incoterms, Export Policy and Export Documentation Procedures.
∎ Must have excellent negotiation & communication skills.
