Job Context:
∎ The role of this position requires to lead the garment screen printing production and ensure best output. It implies to bring sustainable efficiency through identification and elimination of bottlenecks and to ensure optimum utilization of man and machine.
∎ The position will foster and support a continuous improvement and service excellence with a key focus on developing the right mind-set, skills and capabilities of the teams.

Job Responsibilities:
∎ Lead and manage the team to ensure best output of Screen/Chest Printing production;
∎ Derive the Daily / Weekly / Monthly production plan as per garments schedule and run smoothly to meet the deadline;
∎ Review plan on daily basis and wherever required to ensure best support;
∎ Bring sustainable efficiency improvements by identifying the bottlenecks and ensuring elimination of it. (IE based concept, Lean Concept);
∎ Production planning, Preparation of production, Production follow-up and Fulfil the production target;
∎ Provide technical solution to solve the print difficulties and also production control of 19 machines & 21 table in Print factory;
∎ Formulate effective strategic plans to meet top line profitability;
∎ Prepare production budgets including overhead budget, maintenance budget and capital budget;
∎ Lead and implement system & procedure to facilitate smooth functioning of overall production operations & enhance the operational efficiency;
∎ Ensure quality of products & compliance with statutory quality, environment, health & safety standards;
∎ Plan & implement the preventive & predictive maintenance schedules;
∎ Improve the overall reliability and safety of plant equipment's in power intensive business operations;
∎ Bottleneck analysis with Print factory SOP.
Additional Requirements:
∎ At least 12 years of relevant experience in Screen Printing Production from any large Garment Printing Industry out of which minimum 2-3 years in similar position;
∎ Committed to change in the interest of the organization;
∎ Able to find the right balance between short and long term focus, issues and outcomes;
∎ Coach others to perform at the expected level under pressure and in complex conditions;
∎ Working knowledge in ERP system and advanced proficiency in MS office;
∎ Competent in verbal and written communication with high level of accuracy and attention to detail;
∎ Highly organized and possess exceptional time management skills;
∎ Organized, pro-active & persistent, resilience, and an ability to work with can-do attitude;
∎ Job Location : Kashimpur, Gazipur
