Job Context:
∎ Among the pioneering garments / textile industries of Bangladesh - Mitali Group enjoys a distinctive entity.
∎ We are looking for AGM/ DGM - Marketing & Merchandising.
∎ We are now in an expansion process and wish to strengthen the Marketing & Merchandising departments on our various manufacturing units and are looking for smart young personnel who are ready to face the challenges and are equipped with necessary drive, motivation and hunger to make a mark in this industry.
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Must have the knowledge & leadership quality to lead a team of 30 merchandisers.
∎ Must have 5 to 10 years’ experience in handling international buyers like PUMA, H & M, M & S, S Oliver, Mango, Walmart, Zara, Tesco, Esprit, American Eagle, Aldi, Peacocks etc.
∎ and handle orders independently.
∎ Must be capable of bringing orders from new customers.
∎ Prepare marketing plan and set business target of respective customer.
∎ Detailed preparation of critical path and materiel requirement of an order.
∎ Must be capable of doing accurate costing and budgeting of style / order.
∎ Follow up and organize fabrics / accessories as per requirement and quality for smooth production.
∎ Monitor and coordinate order execution related works with all other relevant departments for timely shipment.
∎ Develop and upgrade marketing and merchandising team to ensure Right First Time for sampling and other requirements of customer.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 35 to 50 years
∎ Good knowledge on merchandising techniques.
∎ Good understanding of Fabric, Trims & Accessories of Knit Garments.
∎ Should be smart, energetic, and intelligent and should have ability to work under pressure flexible to Time for requirement of work.
∎ Must be a Team player and co-operative.
∎ Adequate fluency in English speaking and writing.
Salary: Negotiable
Compensation & Other Benefits:
∎ T/A, Mobile bill
∎ Salary Review: Yearly
∎ Festival Bonus: 2
∎ As per company policy.
