∎ Should have minimum knowledge Supply Chain Management
∎ Able to work independently and proactively.
∎ Capable of working under pressure.
Responsibilities & Context:
∎ To lead the Material Control team with its required command, guidance, appropriate direction and supervision in order to have an effective inventory control mechanism for its further development.
∎ Material & Procurement planning for its right sourcing both local and import items as per its requirement of the respective department.
∎ To ensure material availability & on time material delivery to the production floor by maintaining its optimum stock level set by the management.
∎ To develop the existing procurement procedure further for its timely procurement of both local and import materials.
∎ Strong methodical knowledge on warehousing for both raw materials and finished goods.
∎ Should have the clear understanding on inventory management in order to set ROL, ROQ, Safety Stock and preparing stock policies in line with the company’s business operation.
∎ The incumbent should have the basic understanding on commercial activities, shipping operation, bond operation, customs & port operation.
∎ The incumbent should be dynamic, well organized, self-driven and have the good personality with motivational leadership skill.
∎ Able to work under pressure & long time to complete the task within a preset time frame. Must have the ability to supervise, monitoring, motivating and inspire team members.
