Educational Requirements:
∎ B. Sc./ M. Sc. in Civil Engineering from reputed public university like BUET/ CUET/ KUET/ RUET/ MIST.
Experience Requirements:
∎ 5 to 9 year(s)
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following area(s):
Civil Enginnering
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Responsible for execution all kinds of civil construction work in align with the approved drawing, design & architectural layout.
∎ Get clear idea about the establishment objectives from the top management, drawing proposed project master plan, get all kinds of structural drawing & design done by providing guidance, if required consulting with external professionals.
∎ Demonstrating computer models of structures, preparing project cost and time line, organize bill of quantity (BOQ) and accountable for competent construction material management.
∎ Responsible for civil construction and interior construction etc. material purchasing for the establishments and running projects of the group.
∎ Sourcing structural & architect designer and consultants for the upcoming and existing projects, if needed.
∎ Make sure incorporating all kinds of utility facilities of a modern industrial building including fire hydrant system/fire detection and protection system, health & hygiene facility and also maintaining a high level of structural integrity adopting national and international building codes and safety standards.
∎ Making calculations of loads, stresses, pressure and strains so that each component can experience from other parts of the structure due to human use or environmental pressure like storm or earthquake.
∎ Conducting periodical maintenance of the buildings that includes inspecting various property conditions of different structural components and taking necessary measures of rebuilding the structure or retrofitting work as deemed appropriate for the agreed situation.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 40 to 45 years
∎ Only males are allowed to apply
∎ Strong emphasize will be given to the personal among who have at least 3 or 4 years practical work experience with industrial project.
∎ Capable to operate Architectural & Structure software (Auto Cad, Stadd pro, Etabs etc.)
∎ The applicant should have sound knowledge on ACCORD/ALLIANCE Standards or requirements, BNBC-2006, relevant codes and standards of NFPA, Environment Preservation Act etc.
∎ The candidate should have good interpersonal skills, leadership quality and high level of integrity.
