Responsibilities & Context:
∎ Should be capable of handling factory RSC-related work.
∎ Determining, planning, scheduling, and maintaining mechanical, electrical, and electronic equipment in the entire Knit Composite industry (both production machines and utilities of Knitting, Dyeing, Finishing, Washing, and Garments) under a preventive and corrective maintenance plan or action and ensure almost zero breakdown maintenance.
∎ Monitoring and controlling energy and resource consumption and saving strategy (fuel, electricity, and water).
∎ Operation and maintenance of a WTP and ETP.
∎ Should have experience mainly in:A. Production machinery (1) Knitting (PAI LUNG, FUKAHARA, JUNLONG Machine), (2) Dyeing (DILMENLER, TONG GENG, J & X, SCLAVOS Machines), (3) Washing & Finishing (BIANCO SLITTING, DILMENLER SLITTING, DILMENLER STENTER, EHWHA STENTER, FERRARO & LAFER COMPACTING), (4) Garments (KURIS AUTO CUTTING, SEWING).B. Utilities machineries (1) Gas Generator (JENBECHAR), (2) Diesel Generator (MITSUBISHI), (3) Boiler (SHELMAX & COCHRAN), (4) Thermos Oil Heater (PIROBLOC), (5) Air compressor (DALGAKIRAN & ATLASCOPCO).
∎ Improve the capacity of all existing machines, manage usage, and monitor needed repairs to maintain the satisfaction of the production department. Design maintenance strategies, procedures, and methods cost-effectively and environmentally sustainable.
∎ Supervising and directing the maintenance staff including Maintenance Workers and Specialists by providing training and development.
∎ Confers with engineers, Technicians, and other staff regarding maintenance projects such as progress reports, work evaluations, and project details documents departmental activity through preparation of various reports, work orders, maintenance schedules, and other incidental record keeping, and provides training.
∎ Develops and maintains Standard Operating Procedures (SOP) for spare parts, materials, and tools.
