Production Management:

Production Planning:

• Developing and implementing knitting production plans, taking into account factors like machine requirements, manpower, and material availability. 

Quality Control:

• Establishing and maintaining quality standards for knit fabrics, ensuring adherence to rules and regulations, and implementing corrective actions to address quality issues. 

Production Efficiency:

• Maximizing the efficiency of knitting machines, optimizing production output, and ensuring timely delivery of goods. 

Machine Maintenance:

• Overseeing the maintenance and upkeep of knitting machines to ensure optimal performance. 

Marketing and Sales:

Marketing Strategy:

• Developing and implementing marketing strategies to promote knit fabrics and related products. 

Client Relationship Management:

• Building and maintaining relationships with key clients and buyers, both locally and internationally. 

Sales Acquisition:

• Driving sales growth by securing fabric orders at competitive prices. 

Market Analysis:

• Analyzing market trends, competitor activities, and customer preferences to inform marketing and product development strategies. 

Sales Targets:

• Ensuring sales targets are met or exceeded, contributing to the overall profitability of the company. 

Product Development:

• Collaborating with R&D teams to develop new knit fabric designs and products based on market demand. 

Communication:

• Communicating effectively with internal departments (e.g., merchandising, sales, production) and external stakeholders (e.g., buyers, suppliers). 

General Management:

Team Leadership:

• Providing leadership and guidance to the knitting production and marketing teams. 

Performance Monitoring:

• Monitoring key performance indicators (KPIs) related to production, quality, and sales, and taking corrective actions as needed. 

Staff Management:

• Providing guidance and training to production staff, creating work plans, and fostering a productive work environment.

Budget Management:

• Contributing to the development and management of the budget for knitting production and marketing activities. 

Reporting:

• Preparing regular reports on production progress, sales performance, and other relevant metrics.
