Experience Requirements:
∎ At least 7 year(s)
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following area(s): Production Management (Dyeing & Finishing)
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s): Garments

Job Responsibilities:
∎ Lead and develop an innovative, participating, enthusiastic and objective oriented Industrial Engineering team to work in alignment with productivity and quality goals.
∎ Monitor and analyze production data based on the reports prepared by the team.
∎ Strategize the decision making based on previous and current production data.
∎ Lead the team to increase productivity using sound knowledge on latest technologies and tools.
∎ Guide the team to improve manpower skill, automate and maximize utilization of resources.
∎ Implement lean management for higher efficiency.
∎ Lead and manage the team to get right quality product and on time shipment.
∎ Increase productivity by ensuring proper method, time study, bottleneck identification and monitoring.
∎ Research and develop newer methods of operations and motion to achieve optimum productivity

Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 35 to 55 years
∎ Ability to work in fast paced environment
∎ Proactive, Adaptable with the ability to work under pressure
∎ Good communication, leadership, innovation and team working skill

Salary: Negotiable
