Industrial & Production Engineering, Lingerie Garments Industry, Product Development
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s):
Textile
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Formulate production plan based on Man-Machine Capacity; study the Machine layout to achieve the optimum productivity.
∎ Initiate scientific work-study for SMV savings, Process Merging, Skill Matrix, Man Machine Ratio control & develop strategies to achieve the Targeted productivity by minimize production cost.
∎ Leading Idea Generation/Innovation club by engage all employee for improve productivity.
∎ Ensure Effective Utilization of Company Resources by reducing wastage/non-value added activities from production process.
∎ Update IE practice in Team based on contemporary innovations in Industrial Engineering Field.
∎ Work as Strategic partner of Core Team of Production, Quality, Maintenance, HR & Other relevant teams for achieve Common Goal of the Company.
∎ Initiate effective communication skill to motivate and develop the professionalism and mental strength for higher productivity among the staff of production department.
∎ Make periodic reporting & analysis how IE contributes business by ensuring maximum utilization of Man, Machine & Materials by given IE Methods to top management.
∎ Efficiency calculation of all workers on daily & monthly basis and take necessary initiative to increase individual efficiency.
∎ Maintain liaison with planning and IE for productivity improvement and input.
∎ Any other assignment as assigned by the management.

∎ Working experience with all type of Lingerie Products.
∎ Looking for potential candidates for leading 75 lines capacity IE team.
∎ Female candidates will get preference.
