Job Responsibilities:
∎ Ensures planning, monitoring, and appraisal of employee work results by training managers to coach and discipline employees; scheduling management conferences with employees; hearing and resolving employee grievances; counseling employees and supervisors.
∎ Maintains employee benefits programs and informs employees of benefits by studying and assessing benefit needs and trends; recommending benefit programs to management; directing the processing of benefit claims; obtaining and evaluating benefit contract bids; awarding benefit contracts; designing and conducting educational programs on benefit programs.

∎ Prepare appropriate training material and impart training for induction as well as periodical training on safety including fire drills and all ethical and social issues and maintain records thereof.
∎ Organize all relevant meeting like EHS/H&S etc., on a regular basis - monthly or as required. Independently handle all product safety related issues.
∎ Educate and train factories on compliance standards and requirements
∎ Responsible for Strategic HR planning, succession planning, formulation of different kinds of HR policies aligned with the local laws, COC of different buyer's and the organizations own code of conduct.

Additional Requirements:

∎ Experienced in maintaining the Social Compliance Standards in a Knit Composite Factory
∎ Familiar with Accord & Alliance requirements to sustain buyer Compliance standards in a Knit Composite Garments Factory
∎ Experienced in conducting the certifications of a factory such as BSCI, GOTS, OCS, RCS, ISO 9001:2015 and ISO 14001: 2015
∎ Good knowledge on floor housekeeping and maintaining compliance standards of a garment factory
∎ Good knowledge on EMS and environmental standard requirement fulfillment of a knit composite plan and dye house.
