Responsibilities & Context:
∎ Supervise and manage washing plant staff, including training, scheduling, and performance evaluation.
∎ Ensuring the proper use of chemical.
∎ Oversee all washing plant operations, ensuring smooth and efficient workflow.
∎ Take initiative to reduce the Cost of washing
∎ Monitor production processes, identify areas for improvement, and implement optimization strategies.
∎ Maintain high-quality standards for all washed products.
∎ Ensure compliance with safety regulations and company policies.
∎ Manage and maintain washing plant equipment, coordinating repairs and preventive maintenance.
∎ Control operational costs and manage the department budget.
∎ Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless production flow.
