Educational Requirements:
∎ Bachelor degree in any discipline
∎ B.Sc in Industrial Engineering/ B.Sc in Textile Engineering

Experience Requirements:
∎ At least 15 year(s)
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following area(s): Floor Management, Industrial Engineering, Production, QC & Compliance, Quality Management

Job Responsibilities:
∎ Responsible for entire production and IE related functions for the entire operation and ensure on time shipment;
∎ Prepare & implement line allocation based on business requirement;
∎ Forecast delay situation and future bottle necks and take precaution accordingly;
∎ Plugging orders in productive way to ensure optimum utilization of capacity and maintain live production plans;
∎ Will be fully responsible for "On time shipment" of all orders.
∎ Attending Pre production meeting for clarifying and ensuring all sorts of technical issues.
∎ Statistically analysis basing on various reports/data of productivity monitoring for management appraisal.
∎ Line Lay-out , Balancing, Problem Identification and Solution, Cut-Poly (Every piece in account), Man-hour Control, Line/Process Capacity, Line Target, Manpower and Machine Budget
∎ Reporting Plan Vs Actual, P/L, Man-hour, DHU and skill matrix.

Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 35 to 55 years
∎ Only males are allowed to apply
∎ Good analytical ability and problem solving skills with excellent interpersonal relations .
∎ Must have the ability to supervise and inspire team members.
∎ Candidate with B.Sc in Industrial Engineering/ B.Sc. in Textile Engineering will get preference.
