Monitor and follow up factory’s working conditions, health & safety issues of the given factories.
Assist & capable on right decision making.
Provide advice and counsel on general employee relations issues.
Coordinate with workers and management to resolve issues and recommend disciplinary action if required.
Monitoring & handling Grievance Management system
Assist contingency planning where applicable.
Ensuring that, staff are adequately trained and developed for their roles by analyzing staff training needs, organizing and delivery of training through monitoring coaching, coordinating and sharing experiences to the higher management.
Establish systems, policy and procedures for labor relations throughout the company
Advice administrators and welfare Officers on the proper procedure in handling personnel matters and issues including employee evaluations.
Effectively communicate & relations build up with the factory management and workers of the given factories.
Monitoring factory different types of committee meeting such as PC, Safety, and Grievance & Anti-harassment committee.
Accumulate the intelligence information from factory, which is going on or going to be happening in the factory.
Collected information shared with top management for take necessary action.
Assist team members in planning their individual activities.
