Responsibilities & Context:
Responsible to bulk washes, garment washing, finishing, coordination.
To carry out the production strategy, the ability to coordinate with the manufacturing and merchandising departments is required.
Maintaining consistent quality, standard production, on-time delivery of goods, and maximum machine efficiency.
Analyze, control and reduce cost and wastage.
To assure efficient production through the provision of technical assessments and analytical follow-up.
Plan and oversee tasks like necessary coordination with other department heads.
Uphold operational policies, practices, and guidelines.
Make an effort to wash garments from a certain order within the budget provided by the associated merchandiser.
Prepare and monitor a monthly budget in order to meet organizational objectives.
