Educational Requirements:
∎ Master's degree in any discipline.
∎ Bachelor of Science (B.Sc.) in Fashion Design, Master of Science (M.Sc.) in Fashion Design.
∎ Technical qualification in textile technology/Merchandising/Fashion Designing will be an added advantage.
Experience Requirements:
∎ At least 10 year(s)
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following area(s):
Business, Knit Garments Production Management (Sample), Product Development
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s):
Garments, Textile
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Ensure the production feasibility of a sample and simplify the operations.
∎ Ensure on time re-submissions in case of rejection.
∎ Ensure proper handover of the development sample to production merchants with all risk analysis note.
∎ Corresponding continuously with the buyer regarding any related issues to development or query till file handover.
∎ Ensure on-time sample submission with 100% product quality and buyer requirements.
∎ Continuously work with RND team for getting new fabrics swatch& innovative print or embellishments.
∎ Generation and Analysis of Inspection reports.
∎ Daily manpower planning and staffing of the department from fabric to finishing.
∎ Receive review tech pack.
∎ Ensure on time comments from the buyer & keeping track accordingly.
∎ Report concern supplier (including fabric) and sample department regarding rejection and confirm on time in-house of the material in correct quality.
∎ Arrange risk analysis meeting with all concern departments.
∎ Ensure on-time sample program and raw materials booking and in-house.
∎ Any other task assign by Senior Management.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age at most 45 years
∎ Only males are allowed to apply
∎ Good knowledge in Knit Garments / Fabrics / Wash / Print / Embroidery / Fashion Trend / CAD / Illustrator.
∎ Professional degree in apparel merchandising/fashion design preferable.
∎ Good in Professional communication.
∎ Experience of fitting garments and ideally pattern cutting within a manufacturing and/or a retail (Technical Department) environment.
Salary: Negotiable
