Job Responsibilities:
∎ Monitor production processes to ensure quality standards are met and identify areas for improvement.
∎ Ensure timely delivery of products by managing production schedules and coordinating with different team for timely shipment.
∎ Develop and implement operational policies and procedures to ensure efficient and effective factory operations.
∎ Manage and coordinate with different departments within the factory, including production, cutting, quality assurance, and maintenance, to ensure smooth operations.
∎ Provide guidance and training to staff to ensure their performance meets the company's standards.
∎ Develop and implement safety procedures to ensure a safe and healthy working environment for all employees.
∎ Analyze production data and reports to identify trends and areas for improvement, and implement necessary changes to optimize performance.
∎ Collaborate with other senior managers to develop strategies to improve productivity, reduce costs, and increase efficiency.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 38 to 50 years
∎ 5 - 7 years of experience in a similar role, with experience in managing operations in a garments factory being highly desirable.
∎ Strong leadership and people management skills, with the ability to motivate and manage a diverse team of staff.
∎ Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to identify and address operational issues effectively.
∎ Knowledge of garment production processes, including cutting, sewing, and finishing, and the ability to troubleshoot issues.
