• Bachelor of Science (BSc) in Textile Technology
• Bachelor of Science (BSc)
• BGMEA University of Fashion Technology,Bangladesh University of Textiles students will get preference

• Graduation from any reputed institution with B.Sc. in Textile Engineering.

• 10 to 15 years
• The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s): Garments, Buying House, Group of Companies, Sweater Industry

• Age At least 35 years

• Minimum 10-15 years of relevant experience in sweater merchandising in a reputed factory.

• Strong communication and negotiation skills in English (spoken & written).

• Excellent knowledge of sweater production processes, yarns, trims, and compliance.

• Ability to handle multiple buyers and meet tight deadlines.

• Proficient in MS Office and merchandising software/tools.

• Develop and manage relationships with international buyers and sourcing teams.

• Handle the end-to-end merchandising process – from product development, costing, and sampling to production follow-up and shipment.

• Analyze market trends and buyer requirements to align product development strategies.

• Coordinate with design, production, and QA teams to ensure timely and quality delivery.

• Participate in price negotiations and ensure accurate costing and profitability.

• Prepare T&A plans and maintain regular communication with buyers to ensure satisfaction and repeat business.

• Must be experienced with handling Inditex brands (Zara, Bershka, Lefties, Pull & Bear, etc.)

• Must be able to procure orders during the off-season
