Education:
- Bachelor of Science (BSc) in Textile Technology
- Bachelor of Science (BSc)
- BGMEA University of Fashion Technology,Bangladesh University of Textiles students will get preference
- Graduation from any reputed institution with B.Sc. in Textile Engineering.
Requirements:
- 10 to 15 years

Skills Required: Costing,International Marketing,Management,Sweater Marketing,Sweater Merchandising
Additional Requirements:
- Age At least 35 years
Minimum 10-15 years of relevant experience in sweater merchandising in a reputed factory.
Strong communication and negotiation skills in English (spoken & written).
Excellent knowledge of sweater production processes, yarns, trims, and compliance.
Ability to handle multiple buyers and meet tight deadlines.
Proficient in MS Office and merchandising software/tools.
Responsibilities & Context:
Develop and manage relationships with international buyers and sourcing teams.
Handle the end-to-end merchandising process – from product development, costing, and sampling to production follow-up and shipment.
Analyze market trends and buyer requirements to align product development strategies.
Coordinate with design, production, and QA teams to ensure timely and quality delivery.
Participate in price negotiations and ensure accurate costing and profitability.
Prepare T&A plans and maintain regular communication with buyers to ensure satisfaction and repeat business.
Must be experienced with handling Inditex brands (Zara, Bershka, Lefties, Pull & Bear, etc.)
Must be able to procure orders during the off-season
