Job Context:
∎ To lead the factory HR & Administration, Hashem Foods Ltd. (a sister concern of Sajeeb Group) invites application from competent & potential talents for the position of “AGM / DGM - HR & Admin (Factory)”. Retired commissioned officer from Bangladesh Armed force (Air Force, Army and Navy)/ Bangladesh Police Force will be given preference. The candidate will play an active role as senior management team (SMT) member to design and implement factory HR, Administration & Compliance operations.
∎ (Job Location: Rupganj, Narayangonj)
Job Responsibilities:
∎ The responsibilities of the AGM / DGM - HR & Admin (Factory) include but are not limited to the descriptions below:
∎ 1) Ensuring proper planning, organizing, directing, controlling and monitoring overall HR, Admin & Compliance function of the factory.
∎ 2) Implementing different policies and procedures pertaining to the strategies of Factory HR, Admin & Compliance.
∎ 3) Coordinating with top management and shoulder responsibilities.
∎ 4) Maintaining compliance with federal, state and local employment laws and regulations, review policies and practices and recommended best practices,
∎ 5) Maintaining liaison with all relevant authorities, such as: law enforcement agencies and different government agencies.
∎ 6) Leading the administration team for security, legal affairs, maintenance of transport and overall logistics issue and develop firefighting system as per company policy.
∎ 7) Dealing with grievance handling, counselling and conflict management etc.
∎ 8) Responsible for ensuring healthy workplace, maintaining efficient operation for Safety, Hygiene and Environment.
∎ 9) Structuring required training program to enhance production and to bring supreme level of factory discipline.
∎ 10) Perform any other job as assigned by the management from time to time.

∎ Priority will be given those applicants having Knowledge on: - Bangladesh Labor Law, labor rules, factory rules, fire rules and HR policies development & implementation, especially related to manufacturing sector.
