∎ Age 40 to 50 years

Responsibilities & Context:
∎ Design, develop and implement HR policy align with organization goal. Planning, organizing, and controlling the activities and actions of the HR department.
∎ Execute & manage Performance Appraisal.
∎ Manage disciplinary process as per labor law, grievance procedure and resolving conflicts through positive and professional mediation.
∎ Manage Succession planning process as per company’s objective.
∎ Developing organizational culture, behavior.
∎ Sourcing and ensure recruitment as per need.
∎ Monitor and execute day to day administrative task.
∎ Check all administrative bill.
∎ Ensure transport facilities as per need. Ensure all repair maintenance of all vehicles as when required.
∎ Reduce transport fuel and repair maintenance cost.
∎ Evaluate and prepare operating budgets relating to Administration within the department, expenditures for entire administrative operation in a cost effective manner.
∎ Ensure proper coordination and facilitation of administrative support services among administrative and other departments.
∎ Manage daily HR operations.
∎ Execute Management's decision accordingly.
