Educational Requirements:
∎ Bachelor of Business Administration (BBA) in Human Resource Management, Master of Business Administration (MBA) in Human Resource Management
∎ PGD in Compliance will get preference.
∎ Preferred Professional Certification: ISO Lead Auditor Training
∎ Skills Required: Employee Relation, Kormee, Motivation, Performance Management System, Talent Acquisition, Training and Development

Experience Requirements:
∎ 10 to 12 year(s)
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following area(s): Compliance, Factory HR Administration, Garments, Group of Companies, HR Operations, HRIS
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s): Garments

Job Responsibilities:
∎ Should be able to manage around 3000 employees.
∎ Overall in charge of HR, Compliance and Administration of factory.
∎ Must be very conversant with the Labor Laws, Labor Rules and HR policies especially related to Garments Sector.
∎ Experience in different audit such as ISO Audit, Accord - Alliance requirement, QMS, BSCI, SADDEX audit.
∎ Ensure Preparation and Maintenance of personal files of all personnel in the factory.
∎ Monitor that HR and Admin team supervise the duties and assignment of all service staffs.
∎ Work directly in the recruitment process of all categories of staff/worker and prepare job descriptions, advertising, short listing candidates with rating, conducting interviews, drafting interview protocols, perform reference check and etc.
∎ Provide support on staff development activities of all categories of staffs.
∎ Work closely with the higher management on organizational HR & Admin issues.
∎ Ensure that proper staffing levels are in place.
∎ Formulate and implement HR and Admin related plan, policy, procedure and guidelines.
∎ Participate in executive, management and company staff meetings and attend other meetings and seminars.
∎ Maintain records and compile statistical reports concerning personnel-related data such as hires, transfers, performance appraisal.
∎ Develop, practice, monitor and evaluate of HR manual / policy in the organization.
∎ Coordinate and conduct training and counseling/motivation of employees.
∎ Able to develop strategic policy & procedures in aspect of Admin, HR & Compliance issues.
∎ Have to ensure required compliance in the factory premises implemented as per buyer code of conduct.
∎ Any other tasks assigned by top management.

Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 32 to 45 years
∎ Only males are allowed to apply
∎ Minimum 10 years experience in a 100% export oriented garments/textile industry.
∎ Should have very good command in English.
∎ The candidate we are looking for has to be highly proactive, self-motivated and energetic.
∎ Must have good interpersonal, communication and analytical skills.
∎ Must have very good command over MS office application.
