• Master’s / Bachelor’s Degree.
• SCM Diploma preferred.

• Plan, organize, and oversee all store operations to support production and company goals.
• Develop and implement effective store management policies, procedures, and systems.
• Ensure optimum inventory levels for raw materials, accessories, packaging, and finished goods.
• Monitor and control the movement of materials from receipt to issue.
• Ensure proper GRN (Goods Received Note), MRN (Material Requisition Note), and issue records.
• Maintain accurate stock ledgers and perform reconciliations with accounts.
• Conduct regular and surprise stock audits; ensure zero variance between physical and system stock.
• Implement FIFO/LIFO systems to ensure timely usage of materials.
• Coordinate with the procurement team to ensure timely material availability.
• Work closely with production, quality, and finance departments for smooth material flow.
• Liaise with internal and external auditors for inventory verification.
• Supervise and train store officers, storekeepers, and support staff.
• Evaluate team performance and ensure accountability.
• Promote a culture of discipline, efficiency, and safety in the store area.
• Ensure proper housekeeping, fire safety, and security within store premises.
• Comply with company policies, ERP systems, and ISO/compliance requirements
